Nothing in Swadlincote sains, asked customer services and they said it was Breville items only, but it looks like that was in that store, so it must be location dependent. We were hoping for a Dyson.

Nothing reduced in Archer Road Sainsburys (Sheffield). Scanned a couple of items to check (Breville electric hand whisk and Sainsburys Stainless steel panini press) but they came up at full price sadly.

I need to stop getting so excited about these things before I get there!

I know what you mean - I've gone haring off too many times myself only to be disappointed. My OH just rolls eyes when I start to look for something I've read about on here - I never find it and he looks very smug as if to say "how gullible can you get?" One of these days I'll surprise him (or not).

It looks as if the store mgrs have a lot of discretion on the 70% offs. Might depend on the store specific stock situation.

Sainsbury are revamping the kitchen range so there could be a lot of these in the near future, I'm waiting to pounce on a couple of the hard anodised saucepan range.

My tips would be: 1 get there EARLY; 2. if shelf is empty but the SEL is there, ask if they have more stock in the back

Sent my OH off to the Preston Sainsbury's (Deepdale) with a shopping list in hand but nothing much going there in the way of electricals. Managed to get a few household bits yesterday in the sale - duvet set, lamps, scales - but no electricals.

Must depend on the stores. Thanks for posting OP, hope some of you managed to get the bargains!
