Crufts?

Anyone been watching on More4? My dogs are great fun to watch it with as they whine and bark at the dogs on TV. Been great practice for getting the youngster's attention.

It's best in show tonight and two of the most popular breeds in the country, the GSD and the Boxer are group winners.

We were there on Friday and OH was in the group.

Rushed back home to watch him on TV - daft isn't it as we'd just watched him live :o.

Mate was there on Thurs with her old boy (my Loki's dad) and got VHC in a class of 29! Would love to go (haven't been for years) but can't get time off work. One day.....:)

Liked all of the group placings on Thurs :D

I went Thursday, to see the Shelties. Was a bit distracted by the fact that my DD was on one of the Thai islands and when I left in the morning the tsunami warning wasn't very specific!

Used to go on gundog day, but have changed my allegiance in the last 2 years.

Although I am a bit gutted my breed did not win thought the best in show was a fab dog, happy, healthy and his tail never stopped! Congrats to Jet the flat coated retriever!

Did anyone think the format was a bit different this year (on TV)?

We didn't really see Mary Ray or any obedience dogs. Sure they usually have a Young Kennel club handling thing too?

They went on a lot about 'fit for function' dogs which isn't a bad thing but v new to the TV version of Crufts.
