Knocking down internal wall in flat!

I live in a first floor flat and have a wall between my kitchen and hallway I would like to knock down. The fuse box is on the wall so I know I need to move that. I don't believe it is a load bearing wall.

Can anyone advise me on what I need to do to get this done? Who do I need to contact for permission if any needed. I know I will have to contact the management company for the building i'm in but thats about it.

Any advice much appreciated!
