0% on purchases

Hi quick question (i think).
If i got a 0% on purchases on credit card does a holiday count as a purchase?

A charge for using your credit card. Some travel agents have deals with CC companys that wave the fee think Virgin (MBNA) is one.

The last holiday I booked cost between £450 - £500 and the fee between £4-£5.

I paid £8 pounds something fee for a £558 flight yesterday. I would pay the fee anytime as you get the section 75 protection.

I'd agree - or at least the deposit/part payment.

I think you may struggle with this protection if booking through 3rd parties, ie travel agents, as they're not the 'provider' of the goods/services.
