            It's today!!!
I'm so nervous now, just one last question - what happens if I miss any debts off my SOA? Do they still get included? The reason that I ask is when I came to bed last might I remembered a small bill for £20 from the gym and I forgot to outrush on and I'm just concerned that I have missed something else
Thanks0 -
Anything BEFORE the date of your bankruptcy will be included...
thats one of the main reasons why your bankruptcy is included in the London Gazette, gives anyone you may have missed chance to speak to the receivers officeWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
            Thanks philnicandamy
I'm sat outside the offices now - they don't open until 10am. I just recieved a really nice text from my mum, who previously hasn't been do supportive now I just have a mixture of a sicky feeling and wanting to cry.0 -
hopefully its all underway now...you'll be fineWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0

            Hi Philnicandamy
Ive paid my £600 and am now waiting to see the judge. The clerk has just called me as I didn't enter my job title on the forms but everything else looks ok. I've had 4 calls from people chasing debts since half 9 and I've rejected everyone hopefully I'll be able to answer them in a couple of hours.0 -
I've been moved to outside the court. The clerk thinks that if my bankruptcy is looked at by an in house judge I won't be called to go see them. My worry is that they'll refuse my bankruptcy but I'm trying to stay positive.0

Hopefully nearly over for you now, well done

My car parking runs out at 12.30 so I hope I'll be done before then. I must have looked really nervous as the clerk asked me if I was ok and tried to reassure me that it was a fresh start.0 -

I was shaking like a leaf, but they must be used to people being nervous! Good to hear how nice you have been treated in court, I don't think Ive heard of a bad experience yet
