                    Hi all
Am going to court on Monday (14th) for BR and am currently completing SOA but I am moving out of my house and back home with my mum on the 26th, do I put my current SOA down (with all expenses from own house) or my SOA from when I move in with my mum?
Also I am currently being overpaid tax credits (they are paying me based on 2009-2010 earnings when I was off on maternity so had a really low income) but the WTD say that'll all correct itself this year and they won't reduce the payments as my current years wages haven't increased by more than £25 000, when my next years calculation is made my tax credits will drop dramatically, will the OR look at this any adjust any ipa when it happens?
Thanks

I think you ought to use the expenses as of now, and then inform the OR when your circumstances change on the 26th.
Noy sure on the tax credits question though but as a guess, the ipa should be looked at again when your income changes.Bankruptcy and Supporters club... Member 340.

It was about 2 weeks for us, they cancelled the interview once. It was just a quick phone chat, they are very very busy so can only give you a few minutes.Bankruptcy and Supporters club... Member 340.

            You need to complete the SOA as it will be on the date of your BR.:pB&SC No. 298

It takes a couple of months to set up an IPA, so any excess you have up until the IPA is actually set up is yours to keep. Yes you are OK to keep using your coop account.:pB&SC No. 298

hi....as long as the Co-op account is a Cashminder account you will be ok...usually on your Court visit, you will speak to an OR's rep [phonecall] who will ask about your account....just tell than what you use the Co-op account for...living expenses...etc....they may want a balance...
If an IPA based upon surplus is agreed, then it does not apply retrospectively...but from the date of agreement or imposition.[correct me on this , DI?}
If a BR receives an NT tax code, then collection of the NT-based IPA wont commence immediately, so in that case, it is a good idea to put aside amounts that would normally have been paid in PAYE tax..

            You won't get a nil tax code this late in the tax year. Best wishes for tomorrow.

            Thanks everyone - I've just finished my forms, I'm strangely looking forward to it - no more avoiding calls, worrying when there is a knock on the door and more importantly it's a new start for me and my son, he doesn't deserve a mummy who has a future to look forward to not one who is waiting for her past to catch up with her0
