Ideal Home Exhibition Free Tickets Info.

I received an email saying my tickets have been cancelled and withdrawn as I sent multiple requests for them.
So I phoned the ticket line number (see below) to check this out and the email that has been sent out by them.... has been sent in Error!
Mr Turner was who the email was addressed to.... who ever he is.
The ticket clerk I spoke to (Kieran) checked my free ticket details and he confirmed my tickets were fine and Not Cancelled.
If you wish to check yours, here is the phone number from the Ideal Home Exhibition web site.
