Official rules for the Holiday Lettings Hall of Fame 2011 promotion

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland who are at least 18 years of age. Employees of Holiday Lettings Ltd. or other companies associated with the Promotion, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to enter.
2. Sponsor: The Promotion is sponsored by Holiday Lettings Ltd., 2nd Floor, Barclay House, 242-254 Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 7BY, United Kingdom ("Sponsor").
3. Agreement to Official Rules: By entering the Promotion, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Entry Period: The Promotion begins at 11:00 on 7 March 2011 and ends at 23:59 on 31 March 2011. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
5. How to Enter: Visit http://www.holidaylettings.co.uk/halloffame, complete the entry form, and vote for your favourite home to get one (1) entry. There is a limit of one (1) entry per home per person. You may not use multiple email addresses to enter. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
6. Drawing: After the Entry Period, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.
7. Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners within 30 business days of the drawing. Except where prohibited, a potential winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, an alternate entrant may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. Only three (3) alternate entrants may be contacted.
8. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a one-week stay at 5 Fisherman's on Lough Erne Golf Resort in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, a case of wine from Naked Wines, £100 vouchers to spend in Marks & Spencer, £1,200 worth of vouchers for the spa, golf facilities and restaurants at the Lough Erne Resort, and £500 cash towards flights to Belfast from the UK. The approximate retail value of the prize is £2,500. The cottage has a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Transportation is not included. The stay must occur before 31 December 2012, subject to availability. If the winner cannot travel on these dates, he/she will forfeit the prize. The winner may be required to sign a booking contract and pay a refundable deposit for damages, and the winner's guests may be required to sign liability releases prior to the stay. The winner is responsible for paying transportation costs and any other costs and expenses not listed above. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. You may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
9. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion; or (b) award the prize at random from among the entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who attempts to undermine the operation of the Promotion or acts in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the participant.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability: Except in cases of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Sponsor or Administrator, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
11. Privacy and Publicity: Any information you submit as part of the Promotion will be treated in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law: These Official Rules are governed by law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, the Promotion or any prize awarded in the Promotion.
