Natwest AVU Quick Question on Savings Accounts

Do Natwest Savings Accounts still get passed through the Application Verification Unit (AVU), or is it just Current Accounts ?.

I just want to make sure my Savings account is okay before I start to use it as I dont want to risk it being closed.

I believe they do as savings accounts are still subject to fraud and money laundering checks

My accounts have been opened 2 weeks, do you think I am safe now, as do they not have to do their checks quickly.

If they've been open for 2 weeks, I'd say you are fine.
