OK, maybe you could justify it.
I think I can. The property we're in now was 100 miles away and I had to view it alone. In view of the amount of work involved, I was prepared to write it off, but I took about 50 pictures back with me. With the floor plan, 1:500 OS map and an aerial photo, those pictures made up a kind of tour for DW, who decided it was worth a second trip for her to view.
Without those pictures, I think we'd have just moved on, as there were plenty of other distractions at the time, and this wasn't our primary search area.0 -
Take a day off and hide in a wardrobe. Listen out for the ea and clients ransacking the place and partying then just burst out screaming and waving a rolled up tv times.
Or, when you know you have viewings, leave a £2 coin on the floor somewhere obvious, but not too obvious like on the centre of the living room.
If the money is still there when u get home, then that's a good sign.0 -

OK - but since you knew in advance you would want to take lots of photos, I don't see why you wouldn't tell the agent that when arranging the viewing so that they could OK it with the owner first.0 -
