knocking on a santa Fe

Hi we have a 2010 santa fe with 8800 miles on the clock and it has a knocking on the front end it is either one of the drive shafts or the gear box wont know untill two weeks time

Also anyone in the greater M-cr area please can you tune your radio into bbc radio manchester 95.1 for a day or two and let me know if it stays tuned in or lose's the signal every so often like mine (all other stn's are fine)

I have tried other car radios in the same location as the santa fe and they are ok.

Hyundai dont have a clue on what is wrong with the radio hence the request for help.

When the radio loses the signal does it come back if you press the preset button for that station?

My Renault Laguna did this every so often (not the same radio station)

Why won't you know for 2 weeks?

Is it when truning, pulling away, going over bumps?

I have just had the droplink replaced on my 2006, that was knocking when going over bumps.

Can I suggest you vist www.hyundaiownersclub.co.uk where you might get a lot more response.

the radio comes back when moving further down the road.

the drop link has just been replaced but the noise came back and two mechanics took the car out for a test run after i told them the noise is back noe they want it in to find out if it is the box or drive shaft
