Can i claim more then once

After two months of sending several letters to Abby National recieved £750 pounds in bank charges. But in the last two months they have charged me nearly a hundred pounds more, Does anyone know if i can claim again??

Yes and many people have - be aware though the will most likely close your account this time, they do not seem to like people going after them twice!

I'm interested in this aspect as well.
About 2 years ago my employer was late paying my salary in to my bank account whch caused me ti incur quite a few penalty charges.
Howevr after I got a letter from my employer confirming the late payment was not my fault, my bank agreed to refund the penalty charges for the period - as a goodwill gesture they put it.

Does this prejudice me from receiving a refund for all the other penalty charges over the years I have had the account ?

No it does not, I have had a few refunded as a goodwill gesture, did not stop me getting back the other few hundred pounds!
