Personal Insurance Policy for Martial Artists

Can anyone please recommend a company that offers a good health insurance policy for Martial Artists?
My girlfriend and I practice Martial Arts (Muay Thai and MMA) and also compete at an amateur level. We are looking for good health insurance cover in the event of accident/injury during training & competing.
Tried googling but returns are pretty vague and most wont cover MMA.
