After years of pine-ing and saving, I've finally splashed out on an aluminium 6' x 6' greenhouse....woo hoo..
...only to find that I now need to build a base to attach the aluminium frame to. I have no experience of such things and have very little spare cash.
I am thinking of making a 3" wide square cement base to follow the outline of the greenhouse frame, and then bolting the frame down onto that.
can anyone advise me on how to do this PLEASE...
I'm thinking of making up a wooden frame for the concrete square base and then pouring cement into it. Would this work??
Can I bolt down into cement ok??
Will the cement find it's own 'level' and then set perfectly even and level (I'm told that 'level' is vital for the base).
My other option is to use up the many old bricks that I have lying around the garden, but it would be a hard job to line these up so they're level..and i'm not even sure it's possible to bolt down into these either.
I need HELP!!!
THANKS..am really stuck with this...had a builder quote me today for erecting the greenhouse, and it was £200....more than the actual greenhouse itself.

theres no real weight in a greenhouse, so you can just use paving slabs.
you could also install a square of timber on top of the slabs, and bolt the frame to that.Get some gorm.0
