if you are an existing customer and phone that number it put me through to someone else who deallt with mobiles and took my order. I would try again as speaking to someone different may help

Please could you tell me the catalogue number of the E370 phone, if it has just been mixed up with the E900 i would like to see what that number brings up on the website...

I used to work for Grattan many moons ago, don't be fooled thinking there are 2 people in the office, it is like a big call centre....also don't be surprised if you actually get the E370 that the catalogue number is linked with...

Shouldn't do i checked.checked and double checked that i said it is deffo the Pink E900 that i am getting for £99.99 isn't it and YES was the answer everytime

The lady who took my order confirmed it was the e900 at £99.99 code 71S710L

Ordered, got it for 79.99 and i asked loads of times is it the Samsung e900 and they said yes

when i called the lady said oh for the E370 i said no its the E900 and she said oh the pink one right thats fine.

I was also given the new code of 64C435L as i was passed from one department to another
(can't remember if this was the direct sales line or the grattan catalog site sorry.but try it)

Have just phoned on the 444333 number, spoke to a nice chap and have ordered one to be delivered on 1st December, he told me that the new catalogue wont be printed for 3 months so you can fill your boots till then.I asked him if there was any limit to how many I can order and he said £100 for the first order but once i receive the phone I can call back and order as many as I want. He also told me about 1mths free insurance which covers damage or loss and after the month it costs you 2p for every £100 of outstanding balance you have, but if you have no balance then it is free, so if you pay it off straight away you also get free insurance!!
I also asked about the 20 % discount for new customers and he asked me for the code I said I was at work and my friend had the catalogue, he said i can just call back once i have it and ask for customer services and they will apply the 20% discount.
The only problem is I dont have the code, does anyone know what it is?
