Hi All
Wonder if anyone can help. My wifes cousin is a partner in a business that has ceased to trade. He was in a ltd company where he and two other partners gave PG's for the company overdraft. He has since found out that one partner entered an IVA two weeks ago. His partner insists that the IVA is for his personal debt only and the company pgs he is liable for have not been included.
Is he able to do this? I was under the impression that all debts had to be included in an IVA.
