I'm assuming that if there were known changes, or missing info that CSA did not act upon then your incorrect assessments will be IMA'S?

It is easy enough to have these corrected to FMA by supplying the info they require or have used incorrectly, we did this at Tribunal, and before, yet they refused to change all of ours to our satisfaction, hence the Tribunal hearing. We too had re-assessments we were unaware of only when we got DP File did we find out about them
    They really are useless

The statement i liked in the submission was the bit that states

Consideration has been given to the hardship of the child when the PWC was on benefits. Mmmm she only received a fiver or a tenner a week. This was back in 1996

Don't set me off about benefits..........................................I've always worked held down 3 jobs as a PWC when my children were small, and did I get any benefits - no!! Not that I wanted handouts mind you!!

But, surely the Judge also feels for those poor children whose PWC has/never intends to work, as they receive more in benefits than they could ever possibly earn in paid employment! The system stinks

My point exactly - the whole point of Incapacity Benefit is that you are not capable of working due to illness/disability.

I trust that she - like so many others at present - have been kicked off Incapacity Benefit, and got to get back out to work , like the rest of us!!

I know a woman who was on Incapacity Benefit for 9 yrs following the birth of her child, she had an epidural, and yes granted she had back pain following the procedure (And 9 yrs after), but these complications are explained at the point of consent!!!!

She could not possibly go to work in her call centre roll - yet could clean windows, mow the lawn, and bop her heart out at family parties!!!

You see my point, it makes me seeth.....................Oh she is now back at work, has been for 3 yrs, and haven't heard her grumble about her bad back once, and she still manages to clean her windows!!!!!

Oh yes, and she was kicked off the Incapacity Benefit, it wasn't a choice she made, she had a Medical Examination and the Dr told her work or no money - simple as!!

It's always been that simple for me, work and provide for the family, or what is t he alternative. No home, no food on table?
