I have asked for changes that are known facts and they say they cant do them as they weren't notified about them. It was the CSA that asked me what changes i wanted.

Anyone any experience of this

My first assessments were wrong which then allows the csa to put in incremental assessments between assessments.

    Hi

    I don't see how that works ?

One way the CSA could do this, is if they had information they hadn't acted upon, as with my case. To do a new assessment there has to be a COC.

Please can you give more information ?

They failed to apply my correct housing costs as I stayed with a relative
They failed to calculate a new assessment when the pwc married( maintenance required dropped by 5.20
They maintain I didn't supply my mortgage details but they have copies which were supplied again

During this process they asked me if I wanted any other coc which I supplied them and confirmed in writing but now they are retracting this.

They will only apply COC from when their were or are made aware of them.

However as i'm sure you are aware they will bend the rules to suit.;)

They can rewright your life but you can't.:(

Works both ways also they didn't notify me of any assessments until 2 1/2 years later so they do know of all my cocs before my original assessments were amended. They have now implements 2 new assesments

NOt sure how they would look at it - even if they didn't notify you of assessments, you still could have supplied relevant info so they could apply any COC, is one possible argument they may use.

Next argument is that they asked me what cos s as they were going to revise all my assessments. Para 15 sched 1 allows them to do that.

Now sitting with the tribunals service. :)

There were plenty of known changes they never acted on bearing in mind it was 2 1/2 years before they notified me of anything.
