Hi,
Looking for some advice regarding a single story extension, 3mx5m. What would be the basic cost of building the shell? Me and OH willing to dig foundations, labour, anything to keep the costs down basically!
We live nr Southampton.
Any help and advice greatly appreciated as we'd love an extention rather than have a conservatory but need to be mindful of the cost in relation to overall price/re sale of the house.

Rule of thumb is £1200 per square meter for a straightforward extension. So around £18k for yours.I was born too late, into a world that doesn't care
