Internet Explorer History

I am trying to get full details of my internet explorer history. In google chrome, when you click on history, it gives the date and time of every website you have visited. However, in internet explorer, clicking the history tab under the star, only gives you a list of websites visited in the last day or 3 weeks - it doesn't say what date/time you visited them. Can anyone tell me if there is there a way to find out please? All of a sudden there has been some extreme amounts downloaded in just a few days (5GB in 6 days, when that amount usually lasts nearly a whole month) so I am trying to find out if we have been visiting some sites which could have caused this. My service provider has given me a breakdown of what was used at what time of the day, so I want to check the history to see if anything unusual shows up.
Many thanks in advance for any help.
