internet slow?

sorry to sound dim,
im having alot of probs with slow web pages loading tonight.
its not all the pages i looking at though. would that suggest its just an internet issue,rather than my laptop? thanks

    Perhaps to start do you have more than one computer, if so then check the internet speed on that computer and we can rule out if its the internet, or that computer.

    Next up can you do a speed test (http://speedtest.net)

    what error do you get, and I assume you normally get a good internet speed?

    mandy, do you even know what speed you should get ?? Can you post your line stats from your router ??

    thanks guys,
    never had prob until tonight.
    started getting shockwave plug in error then i got pages not loading.
    it says chrome cant connect to and then whatever the webpage.
    not sure how to line stats ,is it difficult?
