Ordered something for my doggie but not received it

In a nutshell I ordered something from a charity website back in November, paid etc. I've met the person that makes the things, but don't think we hit it off very well :o Other people that ordered way after me have received their doggie jumpers, but I'm still waiting.

The postman NEVER leaves things & will always put a card through, and I know I gave the correct address. I feel like the person has put their personal feelings before the charity, and I can't understand how someone would do that as it's something I'd never do

Just don't know what to do. Should I just let it go? It's for a charity afterall.

Just contact them to check if it has been sent out, perhaps a mistake has been made and your order forgotten, but i don't see there's anyway of knowing unless you ask.

Its probably just a coincidence that your order hasn't arrived & not hitting it off with the maker in person.

Thank you. Yep, done that 'oooo, I know you're really busy, but it doesn't seem to have arrived yet' which was met with 'i sent it didn't you get it? I'll send another straight away'. 4 weeks later, still waiting.

Just feeling that now I should say let's forget about it & draw a line under it and never order anything from her again. Shame tho :o it's put me off donating to the charity ever again.

Hethmar, yep, done that. Have now had another reply to say they'd 'sent another weeks ago, hadn't I had it', and the adress was confirmed again. I'm at a loss what to think really :o

Not a very good advert for Royal Mail is it?

I'll try one more time then just put it down to experience I think. Thanks for your thoughts all.
