Problem with coolercases uk

Has anyone had any successful dealing with this company? I put a small order with them nearly 2 weeks ago now. Not a long time you may say but all my attempts to try and contact them have been fruitless. they don't even [I now discover ] have a functioning telephone. They said it wasn't manned on the site but in fact it's just a dead line.
I have used 4 different email addresses including one that is a form filled in on their site.
I think I may have to kiss my money bye bye but I'm wondering how to go about reporting them to trading standards. It could just be that they are on holiday and left someone completely inept to run their company while they were away or be completely inundated but there response[lack of] is way past their supposed promise of 12 hours
I did find another forum that had expressed concerns over this site in 2007/2009 but not before I put my order in unfortunately.:(
Can anyone shed any light on this company?

Hi wealdroam,
well finally got some news, the chap who runs it appears to have been in Germany all week and couldn't pick up his emails.
There apparently wasn't anyone monitoring the business/orders while he was away either hence giving the impression that the business may have folded.
It might be a good idea to leave some kind of general message to explain any potential delays in response or order delivery. As he rightly admits its no excuse and was apologetic. To be honest he must have got the order before he went on his trip though.
The fact that I'd discovered other people had had a similar problem was a bit worrying. I'm still a bit uncertain so I'll hang fire and keep an open mind until the order arrives.

I'd like to post an update on this problem. The chap who runs it has been extremely helpful and although his company hadn't got the equipment that I wanted, he provided me with a site link that has enabled me to purchase what I wanted.
So after a shaky start/misunderstanding he has done both himself and his company proud.
