Reapply for a Barclaycard

Hi, I previously had a Barclaycard which I cancelled about 15 months ago. Being a rate tart, I want to take advantage of their latest offer for 12 months interest free on purchases. I do not want to apply and be rejected (a blemish on my spotless record!), so are there any rules/guidelines about how long you do not hold a card for before they let you have it again? Hope that is clear.
Be gentle with me this is my first ever venture into a forum!

  • I know for a decline it is 6 months if I remember - I guess it should be the same also for this reason?

Rejections aren't recorded, all that would appear is a new credit search. This isn't viewed negatively unless you have too many in a short time.
