cache error

hi,
can anyone help please?
I keep getting cache error when i load some web pages.
Its driving me nuts. it also says it could be a hardware failure which ,i hope not as laptop isnt even a month old.

If you're using IE, try downloading and installing a different browser such as Firefox - several different browsers can co-exist quite happily on the same PC.

Us CCleaner and clear out the browser cache.

done browser cache. isnt doing it now. i have google chrome that now says a plug in keeps crashing.
also web pages are loading really slow tonight? whats a cc cleaner please

It's a program - all one word ccleaner. It's free, do a search for it.

I got that plug in crash thing with chrome .. trying to stream a divx vid, used firefox in the end
