What do I do?

Things haven't been great around work since the new year, and anyway today the first tell tail signs have developed, Haven't got paid. The manager told us that the bank has been paying wages for a few weeks and that they have now stopped. Apparently a few big firms who buy products from us have went bust and so employer hasn't got and paid and thus neither have we. He hoped that money would come in during the week. But what do I do? Do I go in and work and maybe not even get paid? Whats happens if the company has no money to pay us? Sure you can take the director to court but thats a simple job of declaring bankruptcy and thats a get out of jail free card. All very confusing, but either way its only a matter of time before we are made redundant.
