Paint darker than orinally thought

We have painted our hall,stairs and landing a brown sugar colour, if we decide in a few months that it is too dark and we buy a lighter shade of brown how will it look if we just paint over it?

you may need more than coat though.

I've had dates like that.... She probably asked for it and I never bothered myself.

It's a good job it's not like mixing paints at school otherwise my walls would be some crazy pyschedelic arrangement.

There's a postcard in the locker room of my bowls club. It shows two old gents and one says to the other "What do you do if a bird s**** on the windscreen of your car". " Simple" says the other. "I don't take her out again".
