Shopper Discounts & Rewards

Having been seduced by the offer on £15 cashback on my next flight from Ryanair, I signed up with Shopper Discounts & Rewards. I sent off my claim after booking my flight, left it a couple of weeks before cancelling my membership & waited for my cheque. Guess what - no cheque arrived!!!
I've spent all day emailing proof of 2 flights to 3 different members of staff whilst the company tries to wiggle out of paying out the £15. To be honest, the hassle has never been worth the £15, but I don't see why I should let the company go back on it's offer. I booked 2 separate flights, I joined their scheme as offered between booking the flights and although this was all done on the same day, there is nothing in their small print to say that I couldn't. As far as I'm concerned, Shopper Discounts & Rewards owe me a £15 cash back cheque.
What have I learnt from this - don't even try to play the company at their own game, because it takes so much time to put forward your case, life is too short for £15.
Come on Ryanair, surely you don't need to be tarnished by this lot?

I'm not sure that with Ryanair's track record "tarnished" is the right word!0
