Amazon, spot on!

Hi there guys, this is just a little bit of praise for Amazon on their great customer service for me.
Bought a gaming mouse and headset back in October, the items were aprox £70 each. Both amazing, worked great.
After a couple of months the mouse started to track badly sometimes, requiring me to unplug and replug the mouse to get it to work, sometimes several times.
The problem got progressively worse so on Sunday night I emailed them asking about maybe sorting out an exhange, as it was happening on my laptop and desktop and in several USB ports.
It was silly of me to go to them first not check the manufacturers website, but I got an email response within the hour (on a Sunday night!) suggesting to check their website for known issues.
I tried the various possible fixes but to no avail. So last night at aprox 7:30pm I emailed them again letting them know I tried the potential remedies but it was still occuring and could we possibly sort an exchange please.
45 minutes later I get another email (really swift response, excellent) telling me they have arranged an exchange and are shipping it out ASAP, they gave me a returns adress, told me send it recorded and we will refund the cost (very pleased).
Anyway 10:30 am today (15 hours after emailing them) I get the order confirmation email telling me the replacement will arrive tomorrow! 2 days after letting them know to go ahead with it, and less than a week than first contact.
So to Amazon, thank you, your amazing customer service has blown my mind
and to all buyers, there are still some good guys out there.
