Claim on Credit Card under section 75

On completing my claim I want to know if I can claim lost interest on my savings.
I cleared my credit card the following month which included the large transaction I am claiming on. I withdrew funds from my savings account.
Also can I start small claims at the same time as six year limit is up shortly and I cant see me receiving a decision from my card company before the deadline.
Ps. First post so hope this is the right section.
