DX delivery

I'm so angry, I really need to vent, and maybe get some perspective and/ or help.
A couple of weeks ago, I bought tickets for a gig from See Tickets. These tickets will not be delivered. I know this for a fact, because I have been in all day for a delivery from DX that I specifically requested for today, took a day off work especially for it. I have checked on the delivery status, and I'm told by the automated system that "delivery has been attempted". God knows what that means, I have been in, but it's obviously beyond their skills to ring a doorbell! I have attempted to speak to a customer "advisor" (it wasn't easy, the number they give you just directs you to an automated system), but they basically said tough s***it before cutting me off. I'm so angry I feel like throwing up.
I have 2 questions:
- is there any way/ any place where I can lodge a formal complain against DX - yes, I know it probably won't do much good, but it's not the first time I've had the displeasure to deal with them, and they are one of the worst company it has been my misfortune to interact with.
- is there a way to find out in advance which carrier a company will use for delivery? I basically want to make sure this never happens again, if I can, and make sure I avoid dealing with any company that uses DX.
Thanks in advance to anybody who might be able to help!

Or Google it Or simply ring the company and ask ?“That old law about 'an eye for an eye' leaves everybody blind. The time is always right to do the right thing.”0 -
Thank you - yeah, I'll definitely ask the company next time!0
