thankyou all very much...
I know it was what I have do and thanks for your advise and
support. I will speak to my new partner ove the weekend about
my situation. (not looking forward to this but it has to be done).
I have rough time ahead but this was caused by my stupidity
and lifestyle.
One other question I still pay child maintence which is not through
the CSA as I love my children and I pay around £50 more than I should. Wha will the OR do bout this....
I have actually smiled today reading this which is the first time I can rememeber
Thankyou very much again.., Thanks
You will get through this and come out the other side a stronger person.
The OR will allow child maitenance payments but only in line with the CSA amounts. If you want to continue paying more you will have to syphon off some money from other allowances ie: groceries, holiday.
If you want to post an SoA someone will show you how a OR may possibly look at it.

But make that phone call to get advice asap.

Thanks again
I will go through the SOA on my day off on monday, after I have
told my Girlfriend.
One more question, will my Gf income be taken into account ?
Ie for the rent etc. As although we live together the tennent agreement is in my name only.....
She has her own mortage back in Poland and non of this debt is anything to do with her.
She lives with me now, but she earns her own money and spends it on what she wants,.
If the OR takes her wage into consideration then there would be some £400 surplus, all of hers.
this seems un-fair. Another reason why i have been hiding this from her.
And this is going to take me some 6 months to save the Br fees as all my rent, utilities, council tax is upto
date and remaining that way ....
thanks very much all of you, talking bout this to someone that knows has lifted a weight of my mind
cheers0 -
They wont take any of her income, but they will expect her to pay a fair share of the household bills if you are living togetherHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Never again - this is a sobering story; wishing you the very best of luck in resolving it. Would support the other readers who advise openness and transparency with your GF and continued communication with your ex wife.
In getting on top of these challenges - am sure you will give encouragement to the many others who find themselves in similar situations. Do keep us posted on how you get on.0
