Have been using ASOS recently and I find the service very good, the staff are helpful, they respond quickly and refunds are clear and processed quickly. Happy to continue shopping at ASOS!

I agree, love ASOS!0

The service is good but their own brand products are not - poor quality fabrics - so best to stick to non-ASOS brands on there.0

Never heard of them lol - What do they do?
Might go and check them out:beer: Thank you to everyone!

Agreed, their own brands are hit and miss, some things are good, others not so. Very simple returns though and normally process return payments very quickly.Bought, not Brought0

In the beginning they mainly specialised in bringing more affordable versions of clothes seen on celebrities to the general public.
They are now more likely to stock the genuine article alongside imitations, as well as other brands and their own brand of clothes, as well as accessories, makeup, jewellery etc.0 -
i've just discovered ASOS, they do ASOS curve which are larger sizes which someone on here posted about. i like the fact you can actually see a film of someone wearing the item and usually it tells you their height too which as i'm tall is a great help.
stuff i ordered came very quickly and was a good price'We're not here for a long time, we're here for a good time0 -
ASOS are alright but they have a very annoying policy of not getting items back in stock once they've sold them. When you're looking for a certain item and see via Google they sell it, you get excited then when you click the link it says they sold out  They often have some nice stuff on there at acceptable prices but the one-time-only thing is irritating0

However, since you bought the item through ASOS it is probably them that you have a contract with and I expect they would like to know anyway if some of the goods that they are selling are faulty.
In short: contact both companies and see what happens0
