Time to write to Tesco I think, worth a shot as usually send a £10 giftcard

Went to the largest Tesco store in Sheffield, was sold out (about 11am). The space on the shelf meant it was about 2 tins width and 2 high so hardly a popular brand / seller.

To advertise on the front of a national newspaper and not provide ample stock in my belief is a trick to get customers in because once you are there you will carry on shopping.

I bought a tin on Saturday and CS honoured the voucher, even though it was a week out of date.

I did complain about the fiasco via the Tesco website but received no response!
