I got 2 selection boxes yesterday for £2.78 - big boxes, make a great pressie.
But on the shelf above was the same style mars selection box only smaller - the offer was £2.29 each or 2 for £3.00.
Now whats the point of that??!! Surely everyone will pick the big box at £2.78bogof! Or is that just me!! :rotfl:NEVER ASSUME! :rolleyes:0 -

The large selection boxes on buy one get one free deal ends on the 26 November.
Great deal at £2.78 for 2 large selection boxes and this covers 3 different types.
Same selection boxes in other stores are costing up to £2.99 each0 -
It's odd that the BOGOF offer doesn't seem to be in every store? I have found it in a medium-sized store (and bought 2) but in 2 local stores they definitely still have the '2 for £5' sign up on the same products.
Anyone else notice this or are my local stores just being lazy (or trying to avoid R&R possibilities on Monday morning....;) )?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Got 2 large galaxy selection boxes today - had malteser and mars ones as well, all £2.79 BOGOF.
Also Haribo tubes, and other sweetie tubes all 3 for £3 but I'm not sure you can mix n match the different brands?0 -
There was only one left of the bogof selection boxes in my Tesco this afternoon so I was given an offer promise token. It reads like I can get the offer later however as I had to buy the one product before I could get the coupon does this mean than I can pick up one for free when they are next in stock?:j0

Hi Oscar,
No, you have to use it at the till I think (but I suppose you could just try buying one).
But what I would do is go to another store tomorrow while the offer is still on, and use the voucher at the till (buy some other shopping too). Unless the cashier is very on-the-ball, chances are they should type in the freebie amount as a Non-specific coupon, meaning you have then got BOTH free in that transaction.
Then, it's up to you, but there is no reason at all why you shouldn't return the first one with its receipt, to store 1 next week, saying you found 2 in stock elsewhere and got them BOGOF, so could you have a refund on it please?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
