    I haven't received a renewal from Swinton - althought I did receive junk mail from them about home insurance, I did open this!!

    When I spoke to the branch, they said they hadn't posted anything because they didn't have my phone number?! I'm not sure about the OP's situation obviously :)

    I know its not funny for you but take a step back and look at that. I think its funny. what has phone number got to do with post!
