Three UK Complaint's Procedure

Hello,

Does anyone here know of a contact email address for someone who deals with complaints for Three UK customers ?

Ideally a department who are not based in Indian and can help me regarding specific account issues?

Tried contacting Three via their website but all I get back are wooden, pre-programmed replied and its the same if I call customer service on 333.

Any help would be great?

things will happen remarkably fast going direct to the top..

Write to their GLASGOW address. Leave the executive office for those who cannot get resolutions at the first (written) attempt.
