Match.com have continued to withdraw £80 for 3 months subscription when I haven’t used the account for months.
I registered an account and after 2 weeks realized it wasn’t for me, Match.com continued to withdraw subscription because it was on a auto payment system.
To cancel the account you have to call the subscription number, which I have now done so and I am told that this will not happen again. However they said that I am not entitled to a refund.
Is there anything I can do?

After two weeks, when you realised the service "wasn't for you", did you make any attempt to cancel your subscription?0

We've recently had a thread about this. No, there is nothing you can do as it's clearly laid out in their terms and conditions that to cancel, you need to call a freephone number which is operated 24/7
And £80 for 3 months??? That's a hell of a lot more than I recall for this site. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0 -
I asked for the account to be suspended but they still withdrew money I have email to as evidenced.0

It appears that their interpretation of "suspended" is somewhat different to yours.
You probably need to clarify what is going on, and instruct them on what you want to happen.
Oh, and taking three weeks for a reply tells us this isn't really very important anyway.
What have you done to try to resolve this issue in that time?0
