Part Buying House - Terms state no business use.

Hi - need urgent help! We are meant to be signing all the lease/contracts today for a 25% share in a house. However I have just read in the lease that the property is just to be use solely as a private dwelling - no business or commercial use. When I first enquired about viewing and agreed to buy I told them my husband worked from home and the bedroom would be an office and they said that it was fine.
I have now paid out over £1000 in costs, am pregnant and really want to move - will we still be able to move as it is just office work with no visiting customers or am I homeless?!
Any help appreciated.

It will be fine, as long as he doesn't hold any company board meetings in the house.

That type of working from home is allowed, as it is not dis-similar to domestic living.

That's fine. They don't want visitors/staff/deliveries going on, nor people mending cars in the driveway.

There's a world of difference between a man standing at a bedroom window 3x a day holding a cup of coffee .... and somebody receiving 6 delivery lorries, 4 lots of "signed for" post, 3 visitors and being in/out of their workshop in the garden all day where they're storing paint and other flammable goods.
