Relative costs of different damp treatments

Hello all, does anyone know what the most expensive treatment is for treating rising damp? I'm thinking of tanking vs. cavity drainage membrane system vs. combo of both vs. any other treatments...it's for a 450 sq ft basement if that helps. Thanks in advance!

Neither sorts rising damp. Rising damp is not an issue in cellars. Penetrating damp/ condensation (If not properly vented) is.0 -
It's a lower ground floor flat in a mid-terrace building, so isn't surrounded by earth, if that makes sense. It backs onto a garden, and there's a small pit at the front. Two surveyors have identified rising damp0
