Please help my employer is mugging me and everyone off

Hi I started work at a company called sacoma about 3 months ago after being un-employed for around 8 months, this is my first job and I did really bad at college leaving with no qualifications.
I was ecstatic to get the job on a scheme called 'Future Jobs Fund' whereby my employer doesn't even have to pay my wages they receive the money to pay me from DWP. The scheme says I should work at least 25 hours a week however my company won't pay me for any more, I am suposed to be mentored which I am not, I am suposed to receive training which I am not and this whole thing here is a shambles. There are many others here just like me being scammed.
However since working here I have been mistreated so much. I never have work to do and face a 5 hour day with nothing to do monday to thursday (friday I teach I.T at another centre for my company). My boss is always trying to think up ways to reduce our hours as the amount of money she receives doesn't differ each month so if our hours in the month are less then 100 she receives more money.
We all at this company are paid late or under paid and every month there is so much trouble trying to get it (my brother hasn't been paid from this place since January.
They also when they do have work for me to do make me do things that an Admin Assistant shouldn't do like handing out flyers and the place def isn't up to health and safety e.g the fire escape is bolted shut and they have now turned off the heating to save money.
The company also forces me to fraudulently use peoples data in order to get them certificates from a site called myguide.gov.uk as we receive funding for training people on this.
I just don't know what to do its my first job and its just all going wrong please help!!
Thanks everyone who reads and/or inputs to this thread.

Call the DWP and tell them what is going on. Sounds like they will get rid of you as soon as the money dries up anyway so you have nothing to lose.0

Hi, firstly yeah the job centre did push me into this job but to begin with it sounded pretty good if I actually did the work of an admin asst.
I tried getting on to DWP who told me to contact the job centre's young person adviser which I did who was suprisingly not very bothered even though I believe they are meant to safeguard tax payers money and this is a clear rip off of that. I was instructed to go to the job centre and write a report of what happened even though job centre times clash with my working timesnot very helpful at all.

I would suggest phoning your local Jobcentre and requesting the number for a Third Party Provision Manager in your area - they will be based at District Office and will be interested in what you have to say. If you still have no luck, request the freephone number for the RADI (Risk Assurance Division Investigations) whistleblower hotline, and tell them you have concerns about a supplier.0 -
I would shop sacoma to the authorities, it will help stop this kind of crap scamming of otherwise unemployed people and help you to find real work, there is no furure there for you or at least thats what it sounds like, they will drop you from employment when the funding dries up i assure you.Owed out = lots. :cool:0

reply from DWP:
Nothing to do with us.
This person has come off JSA to start employment with this company, he can either go to ACAS 0845 747 4747, they won’t be much help though. If he leaves voluntarily and claims JSA, he could be disallowed benefit for up to 6 months.
He can go back to his local Jobcentre and get advise from them.
Was a labour government initiative to get 18 -24 year olds into work during the elections.0
