reclaim charges

Hi guys, so glad I've found you, I'm sorry if this question has been asked before but I can't find an answer. OK! I've received a full list of the last 6 years charges made by MBNA, late payment and over limit charges. Now I'm ready for the next stage. But, should I ask for a full refund, or a full refund minus the now agreed £12 charge. I'm not sure so any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jan.T.
