Just to update this, I completed the form using the Cerebra pack for my nearly 6 year old DS who has dyspraxia, sensory processing problems and is being assessed for ASD and this morning we have been awarded HRC and LRM.

can i ask how long your claim took? my dd is seeing doc think she is autistic, he advised my to claim so i have.will one day be able to go to shop half way though th month with out having to count the pennys.0
