Intend to purchase a property in 6 names (Husband, wife - Mother, Father and Sister and husband). Can we have ownership in six names and register the title deeds with Land Register in six names. Some Solicitors are saying not and that it can only be done in 4 and that at deed of trust or trust deed needs to be drawn up indicating the 4 owners but that financial interest is in trust to 2 others. Value of property and any income from rents it receives to be equally divided into 6. Is this correct.

max of 4 names on the title register. The legal owners enter into a declartion of trust with a restriction on the Title giving protection to all 6.
As for the red, that is up to the 6 to decide depending on their shares to start withMy posts are just my opinions and are not offered as legal advice - though I consider them darn fine opinions none the less.:cool2:
My bad spelling...well I rush type these opinions on my own time, so sorry, but they are free.:o0
