Great, but write (yes WRITE!!) confirming each payment, keep copy, if poss with **free** proof-of-postage.. . "Your" spreadsheet is just that, "yours".. you need some extra evidence (eg PO proof-of-postage)- (unless she pays by cheque..). btw I hate cash - lays LL open to accusation of tax-fiddler...I have a spreadsheet where I have noted the exact amounts and the dates, but as the lady drops it throught the letter box have no signatures etc.0
