Primus saver - who do u contact for tech problems

With primus for my calls at the moment but thinking about going over to them for line rental too.
Just wondered though, do primus then deal with any technical faults on the line? If so, what are they like?

Only Openreach can work on the PSTN network. You'd have to contact Primus to report the fault but they'd have to employ Openreach to investigate/fix it.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
