New T&M Brochure

Hello all,

I received a new brochure from T&M in the post with a £5 voucher code and various offers for free seeds and plugs at a reduced price.

When you go to order online, the plugs don't come up at the offer price and there is nowhere for the free seeds - do you have to make the order on the order form provided and send it off in the post instead?

I got a £10 off voucher code in a brochure yesterday from T&M

Not sure if it's a unique code and not at home to check.

Usually they give you a catalogue code to use in the promotional box to get the catalogue price . Haven't had a brochure myself so can't tell you where it is probably on the order form page somewhere.

I tried to order on-line using the codes from the brochure and it didn't come out at the same price. I phoned them up and they told me that on-line is different from ordering via the brochure or on the telephone, so the codes would not work. Give them a ring.

Thanks for the replies - managed to get it sorted online and get all the offers so I got two packs of seeds and 84 petunia plugs for £3.27 using the discount codes and £5 voucher code.

The secret is to ensure you enter the order code printed at the top of your letter - in this case it was N119 and then all the offers became valid!

The offer codes are valid for online ordering.

I had trouble getting a code from one of the previous brochure offers to work, it's just a glitch in their system. And remember a good way to get things resolved quickly is to complain on their Facebook page.

I got a brochure through about 10 days ago, but it had Gardener's World on the front and had no vouchers. Meanies lol.

If in doubt phone them, I've managed to bamboozle a call centre geezer to my benefit in the past, using all the codes available to me at the time.:cool::cool:

Thompson & Morgan. They have some good deals, but you need to time them right.

Thanks Sally, yes I have heard of them before despite being so dumb about gardening! I'm on this forum most nights trying to learn but sometimes it seems like people are talking a different language! lol
