Help I cant access my normal user account

Who do I contact if i cant access my account? At the moment I am using an account which i didnt even know i had which was created years ago. i'm having problems signing in to the other account so who do i tell?

Aha. Ive managed to sign in but I need to change my email address on my account and it wont let me because its already in use with my other account which I do not use. What should i do?

If I remember correctly, the automated email response from webmaster@ tells you another emaill address to email. I think it's an anti-spam measure as webmaster@ is all over the place and no doubt gets spammed massively; the other email address it provides details of are not publically published.

After you get that automated response, you do sometimes get a 'proper' response. But presumably only if the Forum Team think that their automated response doesn't cover your query!

Handy to know. I think I'd only ever used the webmaster address once before, and honestly can't remember whether anyone replied or not.
