If I remember correctly, the automated email response from webmaster@ tells you another emaill address to email. I think it's an anti-spam measure as webmaster@ is all over the place and no doubt gets spammed massively; the other email address it provides details of are not publically published."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100

Need MoneySaving Help...
- Please use the search function at the top of every page to see if there’s a relevant article
- Go to the section area (the coloured tabs at the top of the page) to browse the articles
- Ask a question in the relevant area of the Forum
- Have a look here for some common MoneySaving Questions
- In Debt Crisis? Read the problem debt help guide, though if you're panicking and need to talk to someone (I'd still urge you to read the article first) call the Consumer Credit Counselling Service 0800 138 1111, National Debtline 0808 808 4000 and the Citizens Advice Bureaux or visit your local CAB centre. The sooner you talk to them the better. It may help you sleep at night. Counselling agencies are set up to give you one on one help.
Please, please, please try the above links first! There aren't the resources to answer individual questions, so this is only if your question definitely isn't answered any other way you can contact us via furtherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com and we will endeavour to assist you as much as possible; though if the answer is covered by the above we’ll just sent a link.

After you get that automated response, you do sometimes get a 'proper' response. But presumably only if the Forum Team think that their automated response doesn't cover your query!Signature removed for peace of mind0

Handy to know. I think I'd only ever used the webmaster address once before, and honestly can't remember whether anyone replied or not.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
