I've been thinking about the Co-op, but their nearest branch is 18 miles away. If I've a problem to sort I prefer to have the whites of their eyes in my sights ;)

I think HSBC or First Direct then. Both can be serviced at HSBC Branches but First Direct have much better customer services when you call. No queue, no menu, no overseas operatives.

I have to agree that First Direct are very good. Banked with them for 7 years now and I've only ever had to complain once. I'm actually going through their complaints process at the moment but I'd still highly recommend them and am still overall very happy with their service.

I kow it sounds a bit odd but in a way I think that speaks volumes about the level of customer service that they provide :)

    Lloyds tsb for me :)
Can I find out my credit score?
You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)
