How long?

If someone buys my house, it's a cash buy, I am not taking another mortgage due to the tie that it is and job etc... how long can it realistically take to seal the deal as it were? 4 weeks minimum? I want out asap and I thought if there are no mortgages involved, it could take less time...

We are in the same position-got a cash buyer who says he is not getting surveys/seacrhes done. The contract is already drawn up by our solicitor and I have filled in all the necessary forms as we had a previous buyer who pulled out.
Not sure how long it is going to take though-fast hopefully!
